Slivered Almonds

Slivered Almonds.  Great as a dessert topping, in your favorite recipes, or add to veggies and salads.  One of the best nuts for you!  Men over 30 should be having 1/4 cup each day.  Eating 1.5 oz. a day as part of a diet that is low cholesterol, low in saturated fat , nuts,  like Whole Almonds may reduce the risk of heart disease. 6.25oz tub.
